Welcome to PlayNest.app (the "Platform"). By accessing or using our website or app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform and exit the website.

PlayNest.app provides a community-driven resource for parents to find and review play locations for children. The content on the Platform is user-generated, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or safety of the locations listed.

You must be at least 18 years old. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You may upload, post, or share content, including reviews, photos, and new locations. By doing so, you agree that:
• You are responsible for assessing the suitability and safety of any location before visiting.
• You own or have the necessary rights to the content.
• The content is accurate, appropriate, and does not infringe on the rights of others.
• Follow the rules set out by the Platform.
• Not use the Platform for illegal purposes, post false, or harmful information.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that locations listed are safe, suitable, or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayNest, its affiliates, and their respective directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• The accuracy, reliability, or safety of locations listed on the Platform.
• Any interactions between users of the Platform.

You use the Platform at your own risk.

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you submit. However, by submitting content, you grant PlayNest a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, modify, display, and sell aggregated or anonymized content for commercial purposes, including data analysis and other uses.
• Moderation: We reserve the right to remove or modify user-generated content at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New Zealand.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms.

We collect and analyze usage data to improve the functionality and user experience of our Platform.

We use this information solely for the purpose of enhancing our services and do not share it with third parties, except as required by law. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of this data as described in this section.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
